SUMMARY:OSTEOTHAI FOR THE MAIN JOINTS with Bojan Babić
DESCRIPTION:WHAT IS OSTEOTHAI?\nOsteothai is the integration of osteopathic principles and techniques into Thai massage\, a bridge between East and West. It’s a form of bodywork that combines extraordinary creative and powerful Thai massage techniques with the precise and gentle touch of Osteopathy. \nOsteothai is practiced on the floor; the patient wears light comfortable clothing. The therapist uses not only their hands but also their feet\, knees and elbows. This makes for a rich and colourful approach. \n  \nOsteothai combines: \n✅ Traditional Thai massage’s varied and powerful stretches\, using long leverage techniques across myofascial chains (inspired by yoga postures); and its acupressure work on energy lines and the creativity of dynamic movements of traditional Thai massage. \n✅ Osteopathy’s release of tissue tension and work on restriction of mobility. \n  \nOsteothai has been created by David Lutt and Arno L’hermitte\, two French osteopaths in love with Thai massage. Each of them has then developed the concept according to their views and inspirations\, allowing Osteothai to be a living and constant evolution. \n  \nABOUT THIS MODULE: OSTEOTHAI FOR THE MAIN JOINTS\nThe joint system is often forgotten in Thai massage. Thai massage works around the joint\, mainly its tendinous system\, but tends to leave out the joint itself. \nOn the other hand\, Osteopathy helps to release the energy blocked in the joints. Thus the energy released will allow the patient’s body to gain vitality and to use it for a faster recovery. \nThis course allows the student to develop a more precise touch and a better understanding of joint biomechanics. \nMovement and mobility\, the real obsession of osteopaths\, will be back\, together with rhythm\, coordination and joint integrity. This class will give you precise techniques and useful tools to treat and free joints including ankle\, knee\, hip\, shoulder\, wrist and/or elbow. \nDuring this 5-day course\, we will focus on :\n– RESTORING JOINT MOBILITY\n– THE PRINCIPLES OF ARTICULAR GENERAL TREATMENT\n– ACTIVE VS. PASSIVE APPROACHES\n– AXIS\n– PERIPHERY INTEGRATION \n  \nTEACHING TEAM\n  \nThe course will be taught by Bojan Babić\, assisted by Alfonso Cazenave. \nThe teaching language will be English\, but consecutive translation into Polish can be provided if necessary. \n  \nABOUT BOJAN \nBojan is a certified Thai massage therapist who combines his love for healing arts and creative expression through various forms of working with the body. \nHis Thai massage journey started with Taoistic practices and meditations\, which led him to a deeper connection to the healing capacities of the body and resulted in his certification by his teacher Sanne Burger as an Ancient Thai Massage Therapist in 2009. \nSince then he has been traveling the world learning with different teachers about the art of touch. \nIn the last years he has been intensively studying and assisting with Krishnataki and David Lutt. \nSuccessfully completed the 18 month training of Master Osteothai with the osteopaths David Lutt and Jörg Schürpf. \nWith the blessings of his teachers\, Bojan is wholeheartedly teaching various modules of Thai massage and Osteothai around the world. \n  \nMore about Bojan: \nhttps://www.thaiinflow.com \nAbout Alfonso: \nhttps://www.karunabodywork.eu \n  \nCERTIFICATION\nParticipants will receive a certificate from the Lulyani School of Thai massage & Osteothai. \n  \nPREREQUISITES\nThis is an advanced course. \nA basic training in Thai massage or floor related bodywork practices (shiatsu\, yumeiho\, etc.) and a minimum of 6 months of practice is required. \n  \nAPPROXIMATE DAILY SCHEDULE\nFirst day (Sept 23rd) \n\n13:00 — 14:30 arrival and accommodation\n15:30 — 18:30 Osteothai class\n18:30 — 19:00 dinner\n\n  \nDays 2-5 (Sept 24th to 27th) \n\n6:30 — 7:00 meditation\n7:00 — 8:15 movement session\n8:15 — 9:30 breakfast break\n9:30 — 13:00 Osteothai class\n13:15 — 15:30 lunch break\n15:30 — 18:30 Osteothai class\n18:30 — 19:00 dinner\n\n  \nLast day (Sept 28th) \n\n6:30 — 7:00 meditation\n7:00 — 8:15 movement session\n8:15 — 9:30 breakfast break\n9:30 — 13:00 Osteothai class\n13:15 — 14:00 lunch and departure\n\n  \nPlease note that the schedule may be subject to changes in order to suit the group’s needs. \n  \n💎 INVESTMENT\nCOURSE PRICE: \n👉 550€ super early bird (registration until 31.03.2025) \n👉 590 € early bird (registration until 30.06.2025) \n👉 650 € full price \nThe fee includes daily tuition (Osteothai\, medidation\, movement)\, course materials (script) and certificate. \n  \nACCOMMODATION AND FOOD: \n👉 1225 PLN (approximately 280 € by the official exchange rate at the beginning of 2024). \nThere will be three meals a day\, all vegan\, with some vegetarian options (eggs\, cheese\, honey) available from time to time for those who want. \nThe rooms are clean and comfortable\, most of them have their own bathroom. \n  \n🌄 VENUE\nJaworowy Dom (“Sycamore House”) lies in the picturesque and protected Barycz Valley Landscape Park\, in the South West of Poland. SUMMARY:OSTEOTHAI DLA STAWÓW OBWODOWYCH z Bojanem Babiciem
DESCRIPTION:🌿 OSTEOTHAI DLA STAWÓW OBWODOWYCH z Bojanem Babiciem \n📅 23–28 września 2025 | 📍 Jaworowy Dom\, Dolina Baryczy \nZapraszamy na certyfikowany\, zaawansowane szkolenie Osteothai — metody będącej połączeniem osteopatii i masażu tajskiego — skupione na przywracaniu mobilności stawom: kostkom\, kolanom\, biodrom\, barkom\, łokciom\, nadgarstkom. \nZajęcia poprowadzi Bojan Babić\, certyfikowany terapeuta I autoryzowany nauczyciel Osteothai\, wspierany przez Alfonso Cazenave. \n📩 Zapisy i info: contact@karunabodywork.eu \n🌱 Szczegóły: www.karunabodywork.eu/event/osteothai-joints/ \n🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿 \nCzym jest Osteothai? \nOsteothai to integracja zasad i technik osteopatii z tradycyjnym masażem tajskim – most łączący Wschód i Zachód. \nTo forma pracy z ciałem łącząca niezwykle kreatywne i głębokie techniki masażu tajskiego z precyzyjnym i delikatnym dotykiem osteopatii. \nOsteothai został stworzony ponad 20 lat temu przez Davida Lutta i Arno L’hermitte’a\, dwóch francuskich osteopatów zakochanych w masażu tajskim. Każdy z nich rozwinął tę koncepcję zgodnie ze swoją wizją i inspiracją\, czyniąc Osteothai żywą i stale ewoluującą metodą. \n🌿🌿🌿 \nO MODULE: OSTEOTHAI DLA STAWÓW OBWODOWYCH \nW masażu tajskim zwykle odbywa się dużo pracy na tkankach miękkich wokół stawów – na ścięgnach i mięśniach\, ale same stawy są często pomijany.  \nOsteopatia natomiast pomaga uwalniać energię zablokowaną w stawach\, co pozwala ciału odzyskać witalność i przyspieszyć proces regeneracji. \nTo szkolenie pozwoli uczestni[cz]kom lepiej zrozumieć biomechanikę stawów oraz rozwinąć precyzję interwencji przy zachowaniu łagodność dotyku. \nRuch i mobilność – prawdziwa obsesja osteopatów – przywrócą rytm\, koordynację i integralność stawom obwodowym: kostkom\, kolanom\, biodrom\, barkom\, łokciom\, nadgarstkom. \n🌿 \nO BOJANIE \nBojan to certyfikowany terapeuta masażu tajskiego\, który łączy swoją miłość do sztuki uzdrawiania i ekspresji poprzez różne formy pracy z ciałem. W ostatnich latach intensywnie studiował i asystował u Krishnataki i Davida Lutta. Ukończył 18-miesięczne szkolenie Master Osteothai z osteopatami Davidem Luttem i Jörgiem Schürpfem. Z błogosławieństwem swoich nauczycieli prowadzi kursy masażu tajskiego i Osteothai na całym świecie. \nWięcej o Bojanie: \n🔗 https://www.thaiinflow.com \nWięcej o Alfonso: \n🔗 https://www.karunabodywork.eu \n🌿🌿🌿 \n💥 CERTYFIKAT \nUczestnicy otrzymają certyfikat od Lulyani School of Thai Massage & Osteothai. \n🌿🌿🌿 \n⏰ ORIENTACYJNY HARMONOGRAM DNIA \nDzień 1 (23 września) \n•13:00 – 14:30 przyjazd i zakwaterowanie \n•15:30 – 18:30 zajęcia Osteothai \n•18:30 – 19:00 kolacja \nDni 2–5 (24–27 września) \n•6:30 – 7:00 medytacja \n•7:00 – 8:15 zajęcia ruchowe \n•8:15 – 9:30 przerwa śniadaniowa \n•9:30 – 13:00 zajęcia Osteothai \n•13:15 – 15:30 przerwa obiadowa \n•15:30 – 18:30 zajęcia Osteothai \n•18:30 – 19:00 kolacja \nDzień ostatni (28 września) \n•6:30 – 7:00 medytacja \n•7:00 – 8:15 zajęcia ruchowe \n•8:15 – 9:30 przerwa śniadaniowa \n•9:30 – 13:00 zajęcia Osteothai \n•13:15 – 14:00 obiad i zakończenie \nHarmonogram może ulec zmianie w zależności od potrzeb grupy. \n🌿🌿🌿 \n💎 INWESTYCJA \nCENA KURSU \n👉 550 € – super early bird (do 31.03) \n👉 590 € – early bird (do 30.06) \n👉 650 € – cena regularna \nCena obejmuje: \n•codzienne zajęcia (Osteothai\, medytacja\, ruch) \n•materiały szkoleniowe (skrypt) \n•certyfikat \nZAKWATEROWANIE I WYŻYWIENIE \n👉 1225 PLN \nTrzy posiłki dziennie – wszystkie wegańskie\, z opcją dodatków wegetariańskich (jajka\, ser\, miód) dla chętnych.
